Administrative Support/Services

 

I have the ability to bring people together to advance and accomplish business goals and objectives. This includes planning, organizing, staffing, leading, coordinating, controlling and motivating people.  I provide a high-level of administrative support with my skills in conducting research, preparing statistical reports,   responding to information requests and performing clerical functions.  My administrative experience coupled with a marketing background enables me to adapt to new environments, multi-task and remain flexible with a strong focus on interpersonal communications and service delivery.

Administrative Service Manager Functions:

  • Served as office manager for the marketing department.

  • Supervised the administrative assistant while directing and coordinating supportive services for the department.

  • Developed and produced website and project newsletter; enhanced website using internet marketing techniques and search engine optimization.

  • Provided training and outreach presentations to the community - over 30+ community events annually.

  • Chaired and coordinated activities to support volunteers, parents and youth involvement in project activities.

  • Planned, administered and controlled marketing budget for contracts, media, printing and office supplies.

  • Developed and implemented a strategic marketing plan that included setting goals and deadlines to support marketing activities.

  • Developed tracking database, digital filing system, analyzed internal processes, and developed policies and procedures for community events.

  • Prepared operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency of annual community outreach activities; planning and implementation of a 400+ participant community event; handled expenses and revenue for all events; negotiated contracts for media outreach, vendors and collateral materials.

  • Supervised the work of office staff and volunteers to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.

  • Evaluated employees’ job performance and conformance to regulations and recommended appropriate actions as needed.

  • Coordinated travel plans to national conferences.
